PMI Forum 2023 – The Shape of Future with Project Management

This year, Planet Soft had representatives at the regional gathering of project managers in Zagreb. Ana Stevandić and Siniša Tepić participated in the excellent PMI conference titled "PMI Forum 2023 – The Shape of Future with Project Management," organized by PMI Croatia Chapter. There were interesting topics discussed at the conference, with a special focus on artificial intelligence and sustainable development from the perspective of project and program management. Some of the topics included "Powering the Project Economy," "What Artificial Intelligence Brings to Our Future," "How Data Leadership Enables Project Teams to Succeed with Data and AI," and "Sustainable Development in the World of Projects – Between Fashion and Necessity." The conference concluded with an excellent panel discussion on "ESG - Challenges in Creating a Sustainable Future."

This time, the emphasis was on several themes: project leadership skills, project economy, the increasing impact of artificial intelligence on the work of project managers, sustainable development through project management, and real-world experience in preparing and implementing ESG standards.

Attendance at such a conference ensures familiarity with the most current topics in the world of project management and provides an opportunity for exchanging knowledge and experiences with newly acquainted colleagues.
